Επιπλέον της συνολικής αξιολόγησης των "100 Καλύτερων", υποδεικνύεται το μέγεθος κάθε εταιρείας με μια μικρή χρωματιστή λωρίδα στα αριστερά του ονόματος κάθε εταιρείας. Το μπλε αντιστοιχεί σε εταιρείες που απασχολούν 10.000 εργαζόμενους και πάνω. Το κόκκινο αντιστοιχεί σε εταιρείες με 2.500 – 9.999 εργαζόμενους. Το κίτρινο αντιστοιχεί σε εταιρείες με 1.000-2.499 εργαζόμενους.
